It's a 1968 396 for a truck. 310 HP rating.

The 5440 blocks were also used in the base 325HP Chevelles in 68. Even though they were used in pick-ups there are still considered pass motors. If it's a core then $500 or less if a good stock runner maybe $1000 is my guess.
