I was fairly certain that I understood "W/WS4, W66" - but "B/"??? that confused the crap ot of me... and made me wonder if "W/" meant something else all together!! Since the readily available reproductions look like crap, does anyone know if these are being made at better quality?? I would think that with our current ability to scan & reproduce items, that we should be able to make exact ringers for the original tire decals & emmissions decals...
