I recently bought 17x7 4 in bs rims with 215-50-17 and 255-50-17 on 17x9 5 in bs.
Federal 595 tire on knock-off TTII rims. The Federal tire run FAT . The 215-50-17 is just as wide as my 235-60-15 Coopers and only slightly shorter, 1/2in? The 255-50-17 are wider than the 275-60-15 Cooper and 1in shorter. My old rims are 15x8 with 3 1/2 bs. CenterLines. I,ll post pics when I swap them over.
