Thanks, for the info. Does it take much force to remove the plastic elbow. Does it pop straight out or do I "wiggle" it bit to get it loose?

It takes some force.just wiggle and pull.I would also change the dex-cool antifreeze while your at it and replace with green anti freeze .Dex-cool is junk. good luck
