We installed the ATI Flex Plate, we needed to enlarge the holes slightly and sanded of the powder coating where the bolts attach. Installed the PTC Torque Converter. Bolted the TH400 up and put it in place.

Ram Air Restoration Ova; Exhaust install. I went with the 3.5 inch oval pipes to Spin Tech Mufflers into 3 inch round tail-pipes.

We mocked the exhaust up from the tail pipes forward, using ratchet straps, tie raps and our transmission jack. Initially we were unsure how the final fit would be, keep reading.

We used universal hangers in front of the differential, rear hangers need to be installed. It got too late and we decided to call it a night and weld all the seams today. Overall we are very happy with the fit. If only the tail pipes exited further back, but we can fix that. It is tight to the floor. The quality was very good, instructions cold have been more detailed. WE LIKE IT!!!!! And we would recommend it. Took a few hours to mock up, about a 2 day install if you want it to look the best. For sound, we will wait until next week.

Oil Pressure 60LBS. Water Temp 185 with a 185 Thermostat. 1050 Ultra was put on out of the box and with minor tuning ran well. We installed the Auto Meter Wide Band Air Fuel Gauge and it was a big help in tuning. The ignition is a combination of MSD 6AL, Timing Computer and Timing Control, so It needs a little more adjusting, which we'll do tomorrow.
The more Carb adjusting. SOUNDS AWESOME - This is me, Steve posting from EDS pc. THANKS ED and Paul for all your Help getting this running!!!!!What a day!!!!! |

We would have been a bit further along with the tuning if the police didn’t drop by and kindly ask us to shut it down. Didn’t realize it was after midnight, time to put a clock in the garages.

Thanks to Jeff(SHAKER455) for coming over and tuning this Dominator. Got it running better, and with a little more work will make this carb run great.

Here's "Foxie" just hanging out.
We installed the AED Throttle Assembly - It is a very nice piece. Worked perfect with the LOKAR Throttle Cable and LOKAR Pedal Assembly. I can finally REV the engine with my foot. Also got the Aluminum 4 Core Radiator, supposed to be able to keep cool a 1000 HP engine, I think I'm more than covered there. Also got my 16" K&N Drop Base Filter. |

I received my SNOW PERFORMANCE METHANOL INJECTION KIT this week. Hoping this helps to avert Detonation. The kit was well packaged. I did find another company "Alcohol Injection Systems" which has a much better tank for the Methanol/water Mix, It looks like a fuel cell, I may get the tank from them, as the Pumps are the same.
