the 650 carb is just the carb we used to break it in so we figured we would start with it. He has several other carbs up to about 1100 we can try so fuel should not be an issue.

Around 440hp/500 ft/lbs.I think you will find it will want more timing like in the 36 to 38 range.

Depends on the dyno- I'd guess low 400s as I would bet track mph in the car would show. Generous dyno 450-470. Neither guess with the 650 on it, especially fitted to a stock intake! 5500-5700 peak HP.
I'd think about a single pattern cam or trying more ratio rockers on the intake if you can with that head flow ratio. E/I 94%! At least a little more lift on the intake.
