Mike Davis is retired from racing! He might as well sell his car and just start changing diapers!

Looks like Ron Rhodes was qualified #1 in one class and I think #7 in 275x.

by far that was the best race I have ever been to.. 90 x275 cars and full fields + in all other classes.. we were chasing a spinning problem all weekend but still managed to qualify #1 in the leaf spring shootout. made it to the finals and spun when the second kit came on.. we went a 5.04 in the x275 and where 33rd in a 32 car field.. . who ever said racing heads up is easy is crazy. . tired as hell just got home from running the finals after 11 last night and drove straight though (16 hrs). but it was well worth the trip. the number one qualifier went a 4.78 number 2 was 4.79 then a couple of 4.81 cars of 275 drag radials.. WTF!!! no x275 for me.... well maybe a fuel injected 499 with one fogger..

This happened at the "Throwdown in T-Town" in OTT5's 28tenfive final. Basically the guy showed up drunk from the bar (the final was ran at 4am), was hanging out with the guys who had a car in the final. This guy went in the opponents lane and the video on youtube showed the start of his routine before a track worker grabbed him by the neck and drug him off the track.

The guy has been banned from all future OTT5 events and events at Tulsa if the pipe dream lease becomes reality. Meanwhile the possibility of legal action is being investigated.
