Mike,
I use an engine hoist and raise the front...then the rear...see my GS Stage 1 resto articles and you will see the car bodies sitting on cinder blocks and 8 ft long 4x4 lumber...not difficult...just a lil time consuming.

Pictures 6 and 7 show the body as stated above...then slip the frame out.
