My sister is pretty sharp with cars, worked as a service writer at Sears Auto for a couple years back in the '70s. She isn't easily taken. She's been going to this shop for years. She says she thinks he is fair and doesn't try to sell her stuff she doesn't want. They understand she is on a budget. They will tell her what she really needs and what she can live without.

My call reminded her that she is overdue for an oil change.
