they do make great stuff that sprays upright i think its the light blue can. for doors and windows.

LOL... never use that yellow expansion foam around doors and windows. Especially if you want to open them again. Don't ask how I know.
 The white foam is the good stuff, but not for under your fiberglass tub and shower unit FSJ.
