Does anyone have any pictures of a 17x7 or 17x8 Crager Eliminator 500 on their 64-65 GTO? I would also like to know what tire size you are using.

Thank you,

Thank you,
I 'm running 9"x18" wheels on my 77 TA, front 4 1/4" backspacing and rears are 5 1/4".
My tires are Sumitomo HTR Z II 275/40ZR/18. I'd post a pic but don't know how to do it.

I have a 1966 LeMans and looking for a similar wheel/tire combo that will fill the wheel well up as much as possible without rubbing. I have front wheel disks so 15" rims are the minimum size I can use. I'm guessing that the same wheel combo you have on the 67' would work on the 66' . I plan to use the American Racing -Torq Thrust II rims. Thanks for your postings.

Beautiful, now just mount some PMD caps, like the guys at "Restore a Muscle Car" are doing. http://www.ebay.com/itm/17x8-17x9-18...item4858dc27de

Default 62 Catalina tire/wheel combo

For those interested in an old school approach to tire/wheel combo for 61/62 Cats, I've elected to go with 80s GM truck ralleys (15x7) and mounting 235x70R rear and 225x70R front. No clearance issues. It works.

I know this is years old, but do you have a pic of your car with these wheels were on it?

Thanks.

Jegs Sport Torque's 17x8 with 235/45R17's all the way around, stock spindles, front and rear QA1 coilovers. Crappy pic, but I am dealing with a brake issue and havent had the car out much this year as I have been troubleshooting that....

Rims here.
