In theory small dia means more rotation so it would tend to make sense the smaller dia set up should be the better way to go.
I would use whatever is the most complete/matched set to eliminate belt alignment issues.
Jeff,you got that backwards
the OHC-6 compressor pulley is larger
it is also very hard to find as most replacement ones are the smaller V-8s

AC compressor pulley. I assumed they used the larger diameter so it would not turn as fast at high revs. Maybe trying to present a warranty issue?
