Wow, that looks good and very encouraging. I'm doing the same on my 68 Firebird. Not quite as far along though. A word of caution about the cylinder blocks - they can't shatter unexpectedly. Ask me how I know. Luckily I wasn't under the car at the time.

Friendly correction to Dave's post.....They CAN shatter unexpectedly.

Was worried about the rear ones so anytime I was under it used xtra set of jack stands none shattered and car is on the ground so all is good drive train is in test run last week sweet now onto reassembly having issues with the bake booster hitting valve covers no money for Hydroboost going to a smaller booster see what happens motor is a beast http://youtu.be/qw1T6mZCBx4.
