This has to be the weirdest 70 Challenger T/A I've ever seen. Someone ordered this thing in Go Mango (orange) with a black top, and a red interior.

Dig the Goodyear "Wing Foots" which were the top performance Goodyear tire @ that time, yes?

Goodyear Wingfoots are a late 70's early 80's tire. They have the same tread design as the early Eagle GT's. Very cool tire with that pinstripe whitewall.

Yes, I believe the Goodyear Wingfoots were the predecessor to the Eagle ST's. The ST's were raised white letter, and had an eagle head between the words "Eagle" and "ST". I think those were followed by the GT, then GT+4.

This was Dave Doern's old car, circa 1982, which had a lot of options added that were not on the build sheet. That's our Chicago skyline in the background. This photo was used in dozens of magazines and books when discussing the 1969 Trans Am!
