Funny you should mention that. That's exactly the other car in the photo that I noticed more than a couple of. I guess they both have a body style that stands out in a crowd.

Pic is from May 1974. Bus strike in Washington DC.
About a quarter million regular bus riders had to find alternate transportation to work, most drove and there was no place for all of the extra cars to park, they were jammed into every nook and cranny, legally and illegally. I'm guessing rush hour traffic was worse than the parking mess. |
