It's the Blue Water bridge going from Port Huron Michigan to Sarnia Ontario.

Have taken a few pics there of my 67 gto with freighters in the back ground. Another spot is just south of there at the coast guard boat.

That picture was taken just before the start of Port huron cruise night. Lots of good places along the river for great pics.
