I GOT THIS N.O,S,SPEAKER,COVER PLATE & BOX FROM YEAR 1...BACK IN THE DAY EHEN THEY SOLD GM PARTS THAT WERE ACTUALLY AFFORDABLE..ALL THIS TRAY TALK WANTS ME TO PUT IN THE CORRECT 72 STANDARD TRAY..BUT I KNOW I WILL MESS UP THE SPEAKER SIAMESE TWIN CUTS!!

If you place the package tray on the rear deck, you can use a pencil and mark the underside of the tray through the four screw holes. That way have a locater for the speaker.
I will see if I can make a paper stencil and scan it in for you guys.

Yes, you did. The original bracket was taken off of my Gramma's 1975 so it was used for 74 and 75 as well and 72 and 73. Anything with a Polyethylene valance.

And you even created it from my photos and drawings which is much more impressive example of your skills, in my opinion!

SENT THE MESH ONE BACK..ACTUALLY THE GRILLE WILL LOOK VERY 70s...now if I can only cut those damn holes....

The bracket shows up in the 73 parts manual with the steel bracket, as well as the bracket for the steel valence..

...that is amazing..I have seen that part advertised by the vendors and considered getting a new one..how does he do it?...then again, he is NORWOOD
