Best porter for what application? There are to many variables in this. If you wanted every last bit they could possibly give you the bill will be huge. Not to mention the valvetrain expense (like previously mentioned) it would require to make power with them. Everyone has a budget (some larger than others) that they have to stay within. Its not that hard to figure out how much airflow you need to make X horsepower at X cubic inches. You may not need as much flow as you think.
