It was a great show and I had a great time. I had hoped to meet more of you from the forum. Because I was unable to get either the 72 or the 73 ready in time, I attended the show with the 2002 CETA, so I was parked off on the side lot. I hope to catch some of you next year, especially BWB, since my 72 and his 72 spent a little time together a few years ago.

Hi Frank. Glad to hear you made it, albeit with the modern car. Maybe next year I'll bring something. Either the survivor 73SD (which I get yelled at for cleaning) or my Gramma's 75 (which I get yelled at for modifying).

Did you drive the CETA?

P.S. the last Flemington Cruise Night is this Saturday 9/5/15 if you're around town.

:-)

Hi, Steve. Who is doing all this yelling? Life is too short for so much yelling.
Yes, the CETA was driven. A great driving car, lots of fun, and great MPG. Thanks for the cruise info. I can't believe all the summer activities are winding down, seems like we just got started.

What kind of mileage did you get? I am curious because we have the 2001 WS6 6-speed sitting in the garage that seems to go through fuel mighty thirstily....can't possibly have anything to do with the way we drive it????

It got between 27 and 28 this year. This is lower than in the past, due to the 10% ethanol that is in the Penna. fuel. In the past, I have got between 30 and 31 on trips. Gotta love 6th gear. And yes, if you mess around with it in town, considerably less.

What rear screws do you have Craig? 3.73s? If so that's pretty damn good.

How's my old girl doing? Do you see her much?

Don't see her much but hear she is a fast as ever. 355 out back, I got into it this year and we were doing 70-80 most of the time. Brew complaining because of his 373 gear. Bob you need to plan on Norwalk next year.

Frank - Saw your car at the show. Love the Lic Plate.
Steve - 4th gens around town go through fuel. Its only on the open hwy do they get good #'s in 6th.

My 78 TA with the T56 gets 17-19 mpg on the hwy. Around town & fun driving brings it down to the 11.5-12 area. Still not bad for that antiquated 455 mill.

Great to see all these cars being driven and enjoyed!

Darrell, here are a few of the few I took including the car you brought, but not the one your wife drove.
