Progress is being made slow but sure. Here are a couple of pic's of some intake manifold tops I had made for dyno testing. I also made some phenolic spacers to increase the plenum volume. The tops are made out of polycarbonate so we can ad some dye to the fuel, and use a black light to see whats going on in there. Ed Page is probably going to be the first to dyno with the new tops and spacers because he is the closest to being ready. I am sending theses pieces out to him today. Ed will be using the single Dominator top and spacers for his dyno session. I'm hoping Ed will be able to get some video of the wind storm going on inside the intake when he dyno's. This information will help him and anyone else using these parts in their builds. That is of course if we can actually see what's going in there LOL. I'm sure Ed will expound on his results when he gets them.
Does anyone know of a protective coating that can used on the polycarbonate to protect it from fuel? I'm pretty sure it's going to milk up or yellow if left exposed.
