Poor cop probably spilled his coffee. I'm so glad I never had kids!!!
I just thought of something.....I also had quite a relationship with the robed version of several judges for years......hmmmm...
The irony.

1968.....had one of those too in my '68 GTO...90-100 mph in a 25 zone, police chase with an unmarked police car, I just thought they wanted to race, LOL...lost them, went back to look for them and that was where I made my mistake, they had more cars, more men and big guns...long story, but I did get to meet the local police chief and the Judge...he put the ticket in his desk and told me to leave, but if I got a second one I would have to pay them both...one cop was suspended

...still have my copy of the ticket...speeding was a non issue because they didn't clock me...reckless driving, stop signs, wrong side of the road, etc...they were driving a big Bonneville and it stayed with me a short while
