The seats were one of the few things that looked presentable. From looking at the pics they look pretty decent.
That body though..... dents galore. "Needs paint" is a huge understatement in his add. He is dreaming if he thinks the car is worth $10K in that condition. Even if it runs tip-top.
I agree with your make-an-offer assessment.

P.S. If you look close, you'll see the head liner hanging down.
