13.5 x 21. My buddy should be back from Cape Cod/R.I. in a couple of weeks and he has a bigger scanner we can probably scan it in two sections and stitch it together.

Take it to a blue print shop to have it scanned. No one is going to have a printer that can print it to scale anyway unless they have a plotter for CAD drawings.

BTW ....I still feel slightly aggrieved by your display of NOS wealth, but that is slightly offset by the unlimited access I have to plotters.

If that doesn't help, I'd bet if you talk to your therapist and really describe how you feel, they might be able to prescribe something.
