I dont care what what CVs do Bruce. Quit injecting them and Twin into threads. I dont believe any of it.
You want to hitch your wagon to that dead horse go for it. Bet they never make another casting run. I do not believe for one second their latest and greatest ports and intakes solved their fuel distribution issues.
People that KNOW thought of that head at best equal to the E head.
You just cant do it can you. Give you a tiny bit of room, a response to some meaningless blip you wrote, and you go "CV and Twin". Their ports are half cocked, twisted. Fuel and air is getting turned AWAY form the crab and slammed into a wall. Thats a problem. Real heads have straight shots. Go take your snap, crackle and pops elsewhere.Your circle did nothing when George lied about his weight. They re old news, and bad news.
Consider yourself frozen.

I DID NOT LIE about the weight of DF car, I talked to him "face to face" at Norwalk in the staging lanes about the weight of his car when he was running those 7.7's with his e-heads! You need to stop listening to that FAKE NEWS on the other Pontiac web site.

someone tell Dick Fulton to register for world cup at MDIR in November. He can run in ECA and see what he has. Awesome race and will be 3 or 4 other Pontiacs running also.

Jefafa I have a question....If Mr.Fulton had a "DOT" tire on his car like he did in Norwalk with his cv combo maybe a drag radial...(I'm not real sure.)when he went that 7.71 with his eheads how much faster would he have been?

In other words going from a big tire slick to a "DOT" tire how much can a guy pick up

Or going from a 32x14 slick to a 305 drag radial how much are you going to pick up?

You sir have way more experience than I do with radials.

DF cars weight of 3020lbs race weight came in a PM on "this site", from Mr. Fulton in 2011. What about that is fake news ? The whole thing about his car, times, combos ect is all fishy. Did he run drag radials for the 7.65 run. Tire change alone gets you something. Only had to be .06.
What about all the U tube videos of him running 7.70s and 7.80s with CVs.
Still, never has answered my question of his best CV time. Was it 7.65 ? Were drag radials on the car ?
I wonder what he paid out of his pocket for the CV top end ? Was it a big freebee ?
Did the new 410cfm E heads ever get a proper chance. Did he dyno it with the same cam as the 370 E heads ? We all know 40cfm means you put in a bigger cam and probably new converter. Was he not happy with the 2x4 intake for the E heads.
It just seems to me, if you run 7.71 with 370 E heads and get a 410cfm set with proper intake, cam, converter and gears you would AT LEAST see a tenth difference. Should be even more if done right.
Was it done right ? Or did he dyno it with the same cam the 370 engine had, had a "lazy air" thing going on because he was to cheap to buy a new cam, got upset and then have some guy tell them we will give you a new wiz bang CV top end. Then put it all together with a ci/crank change and the thing only goes from a 7.71 to a 7.65.
What was his ci with the 370 E heads ?
And what a gorgeous car.

Can I ask why you care? Its not your car or combo...I know you will say its because the CV crowd talks a lot.. Maybe so but does it matter so much to your program you feel the need to investigate and find what you feel is the "truth"?
Go play with your car and have fun..seems like that is enough right there to occupy your time...
