A few years ago, a well optioned,'78 WS6/W72/4 speed Formula with fewer than 1,000 miles went for around $79,000 but that is a fairly rare car. '79 TAs with the 403/auto are pretty common so I really can't see 6 figures for this one.

Where was that? I have never seen a late 2nd gen Formula go for anything close to half that price.
