I know its not a gto, but the ones on my parents Bonneville were similar to the ones pictured in the first post. hard to tell how long those are. I have a set that I cut off of a 68 428 gp that I parted out several years ago and still have the original tail pipe attached to them. I would guess them to be around a foot to 16 inches long. but would have to measure to make sure.

I have them on my Firebird 400. Bought the system from Gardner. They were exact replacements of the originals, look like small oval mufflers.

The ones in the first post are 18 1/4" long, not including the Chrome tips.
They are 11 1/2" from the forward end back to the welded joint.
