All the components interchange with the A body except the switches (A body used door panel mount). A bodies only had vacuum locks in 69, before that power locks were not offered and in 70 and up they use electric systems instead. I would think the real variable for value will be the condition of the switch plate bezels. They are very prone to pitting.
