No oil scavenge pump on the turbo drains at this time, though not out question though. The TurboWerx Exa-pump looks like a nice piece.

So where are the oil drain lines in relation to the oil level in the pan?

The turbo oil drains are ~2 inches above the full oil level.

When I had twin low mount turbo's I ran the turbo lines to the top of a small catch can. A fitting on each side, then I had a lower line going to the pump. It helped with cavitation, never had an issue after that.

You can see the blue return line on my setup. It has a very slight pitch to it. I got to add a pump to it, because at idle and low speeds it was not draining fast enough, and was smoking like a chimney Hate to see that happening on your setup.
