APT adjusts the main circuit not the idle circuit.
The idle circuit is a separate stand alone circuit adjusted by the idle mixture screws in the throttle plate.

Yup, My Idle circuit was opened up, and the PART throttle adjusted with APT.
Cars run better with ethanol in the fuel with these carbs...
