Default Mystery knocking noise revealed

Well, as you can see by the picture, the mysterious knocking noise has been revealed ..HWYSTR455 came over today and was able to identify the problem. Here is the vide clip where you can hear the knocking.

Here is what I'll be replacing the old rockers with.

Two rockers were damaged on the passenger side, didn't even check the drivers side because they all need to be replaced anyway! Minor setback but hopefully I will be on the road soon. I just wish I knew how to do this stuff myself!!!
