Like that Jack? That started life as the cv1 tunnel ram base with EFI added.

Roland Racing logo should be a clue. Likely ported by Bill.

... It's actually Roland's CNC program that I hand blended some of the parting lines of the two CAD surfaces and some cross buff work ...

Looks good, wish we had a TR with a plenum like that for std port Eheads.

... thanks, not many in the performance industry can actually pull off CNC'd casted manifolds ... it's a lot of work that Roland has managed to make happen ...

... heck we've considered making the very same thing for all the PMD Wedge guys looking for that type of CNC'd TunnelRam manifold, but jesus can you even imagine the level of propaganda hate towards that manifold ??? ...

Might be just the thing to build a bridge between the two camps.

It might be a good thing but at this point I don't know how much impact it would actually have on the anti CV camp... Then thinking again there's probably more not anti cv1 than haters.

So.... My guess is that Jim would need alot of sincere requests...then come up with consensus on runner/plenum minimum size, options, and pricing/deposit amounts. (More = lower cost).

I can't speak for Jim so you all would need to drop him a message.

Good luck. I'd like to see that too. It would certainly be a high quality piece imo.

... maybe, but i doubt it ... our haters will always be haters that's a fact ...

... but really doesn't matter as we can make the R2 Wedge Tunnel Ram regardless, it would have be PreOrder only, no way we can cover something like that right now with everything else going on ...

... i guess that would come down to just how many people wanted/needed one ...

... also the set up of the Tunnel Ram would also need to be sorted out, runner length being a key part, not everyone wants to spin their engine really high and some do ... it would certainly be doable

H&M makes one, it starts out life as a BBC manifold. They make it for std port E heads and Wide Ports. 1600$, includes matching it to your heads.
Not heard of any out there and how they run. But they do make it for RAIVish size ports.
Any kind of top you want.

I have emailed Dave a few times, called and left plenty of messages as well to get a set of heads done and order a intake. Never heard back from either email or voicemail.
Went a different route.

I did the same thing, left a couple messages & emails with no replies. After several attempts he answered the phone, and we were able to discuss my build at length. He works out of his home, and he says he is just about always there. I can’t answer to the lack of replies, but I do know he eventually will answer the phone. He is going to work my Hi-port heads & intake for my next build. I’m going to drop the heads off soon, he said it would be a couple months before he is finished.

I had a similar experience with SD performance in Canada as you did with Dave. I understand why you would move on, I did the same thing when I couldn’t make contact with SD performance.

The numbers in you sig are some of the best I know of for what you are running.
Most need a big roller and some even a aftermarket block to get where you are with a 455 and flat tappet. Dave W. seems to have that effect on combos.
SD Dave is all about E mails. When Marcell was there you could call up and get a answer. One man shop makes it tough. If they stop to talk to you they are not getting anything done.

I wonder how much pressure goes into the manifold at Chiefs max boost?

... do you even know what Chief's max boost levels are ??? Because i do, and Roland has already offset our surfaces in CAD to maximize wall thickness to deal with those pressure levels ...

... jesus christ man, could you be any more obvious with your BS Narrative nonsense ??? ...

... you just publicly called for Vaught to come in here and save your ass with this thread about finding something wrong with Chief's TunnelRam from a design aspect and now here you are already insinuating the manifold can't handle the manifold pressure Chief's turbos generate ??? ...

... WTF is wrong with you dude ?????? ... You must be smoking crack if you honestly think the majority on this forum do not completely see you for the Bias POS CV-1 hater that you've proven yourself to be for close to a decade !!!! ...

... you are a total moron ...
