Change the dizzy.... or module cap rotor coil harness capacitor ....all from a known good unit!
A meter would of sufficed to check voltage
Have you disconnected tach and test drive yet?

Yes. I did that when I swapped the battery and hotwired the HEI. Covered all the bases on that.

PAW...Gone since 2010. And yes they did have full timing sets for cheap cheap. They also had better parts but the prices reflected that.
