There stronger then stock and a tad lighter and run cooler than the cast ones, a important thing with today's fuels!
If your not looking to make over 600 hp there fine, it's just that the friction is high with those two top 5/64s rings!

Steve, remember, the 455's used one 1/16" ring and one 5/64" compression rings, on stock type pistons
