1892164 is the original GM part number for the A note horn. It is listed in several parts books preceding 1980.

Thank you I have two of these but bench tested they sound different. We sanded them off good to test them at first the original one tested bad no sound so I bought one, that just sounds weird more like a foreign car horn. Then we re tested the original and it worked for a brief second sounding different, but both had those numbers on them. Weird!!
