Have you advanced the timing?
Alcohol loves the extra timing.
Try advancing the timing 6-8º or so.
That would help the 'bog' also.

no i haven't. Its locked out at 34

Oh i see what you mean now. What size are yours? I assume yours is sized for e85?

How did you get that apart like that ? Not sure if mine comes apart. I tried pinning mine back when i converted but i don't remember the size of them . I think i made a area calculation in comparison to the .182 pin size and it was close . But i cant remember. Its hard to pin them when there all together ..

I SIZED MINE FOR MY 1250, I think stock 12 hole is 0.52? They need to be bigger then that for E85. They just press out, u can make a simple tool to get them out with banjos still installed in venturi

Do they get pressed out form the bottom or the top? So in other words , Turn the carb over and go through the throttle blades to press out ?

They come out the top, pressing outta the banjo. Here’s a friends home made one for pressing out and back in

So i got the insert out. What hole size are your 12 holes? Mine are .056.

I did the area on .182 and the .056 . then x that by 12 and the 12 holes have .003540574184 more area then the .182 in the booster . Im not sure if they should be drilled being there's already more area . Anyone know the answer to this ?
