Stuart,

I finally got around to pulling out my paperwork to look at the chart, and mine doesn't have that column for whether or not a spark delay valve was used. That is why I had never noticed it before.

DTB (Dealer Technical Bulletin) 73-T-21 and DTB 73-T-21A (chart is the same in the Craftsman Service News 1973- Number 2) list that column.
