I think it is correct. The buildsheet probably shows the number for the starter/relay combination part number?
I show the 1108445 as for 1971 350 starter.

Sorry, Mike. I thought it was a 350.
 And yes the 446 is for a 400/455. (I had to look it up) So not original.
