They are pretty basic 6" round speakers, and mount to the kick panel plastic via thin metal screw clips. I had to do some measuring so I could cut the hole in the right place and allow the speaker magnet to fit in the void of the metal behind the kick panel. The speaker grill snaps on the outside.

I appreciate the reply, but I'm only considering 4 x 6 speakers because I'm going to use the factory grills for the kickpanels. No need to dig further. Again, I appreciate the input
