This, by the way is new. We shipped another kit a couple of weeks ago with no problems.

Would there be a chance that maybe you just got the wrong clerk, that doesn't know what they are doing?

I was looking into this to see what "new rules" change may have occurred. It doesn't say specifically, but it does mention that specific items need to be listed now, ie. Deodorant bar instead of toiletries. I am pretty confident this is related. The real question is this an older rule they are just now openly reinforcing again?
