PHS?

That IS the PHS. The billing history card (invoice) is what PHS decodes to create the packet.
You have to have a build sheet (or list of codes, like from the Eric White book) to decode. Although - I'm not sure how one gets the billing history card without getting the PHS decode. K

Here are two documents that pertain to a 1966 GTO.
Disregard the underlines as they pertain to my personal car. |

Great color combo ! And some good options.
Should have gotten at least one order form page like this with the BHC you have. |

616 =
Option 612 - Air Injection Reactor (AIR) Exhaust System Option 614 - Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) System Both required in California 1966 with manual trans, went hand-in-hand with your WW (Cali) engine code. Air cleaner (if original) should have a pipe going from it to the valve cover. aka closed system |

Online, for sure.
I believe I surpassed WR's listing in total dealers a couple years back - I have about 11,000 Pontiac dealers compiled (about half coded)... but it is not currently online. |

Awesome, everyone, thank you for the help! While the car was originally a 4BBL model, it now has a TriPower.
Its claimed the motor has a YF stamp on the front passenger side of the block, not sure what vintage that is , also the manifold has a 093 stamped on it. I go and inspect tomorrow. |

since they used 093 heads with it. The heads are correct for 66 GTO , the manifolds start further below the 093 casting number. 389 block will have 3 freeze plugs per side. |

2 per side, right?

I list Moore as 23 011 in the '90s. For '67, 23 011 was Bernie Anderson Pontiac-Buick in Eureka CA.

Keith, if you are referring to me yes, I have the full PHS documents. I have some documents with the car that I still have to go through.

My source is recorded as from '67 paperwork. 'Anderson' fits perfectly, alphabetically for a numerically low '011' code. Moore must have come in after '87, when the system got reorganized (my source there is '99). |
