I need to make split exhaust tips like those on a 65 GTO except I need to use a 2.5 inch diameter inlet pipe. I would use 2.5 inch ss tips. My problem is how to go from a single pipe to dual pipes without using up 50lb of welding rods. Does anyone have a plan for the sheetmetal or any tips on how to do this? Or is there someone who sells this size?

Thanks,

Bob

The sponsor (PY) has a splitter '65 style chromed for 2.5 " exhaust. It is not an exact, but looks good when installed. It is in the PY catalogue though, and not in the Pypes site. Check that out. I think around $110?

That was a hot tip but PY is out of stock on the 2.5 inch size. Anyone else have them?
