Three and a half hours for a @#$@#%@ commercial!?!??! My wife took the remote away from me as I was cursing the TV. I'm SICK of the Poncho persecution.....BJ, car shows, swap meets, car calendars....it never ends! I'm selling everything I have and buying a 69 Camaro so everyone will love me.

Even I'm starting to believe the consipracy... $70,000 it went for. I'd say all parties should be happy, ;-)

Would you be happy to sell a car for less than you paid for it...then have to pay a percentage on top of that? No thanx! Someone got a deal...again!!! Ron BTW...How badly did that "commercial"thing suck? A plastic pig before break and a eurobox on spray when they returned!!! We got hosed!!!

I was being sarcastic, based on some things I heard from Kevin and even your comment "...again!"

Did you see the nice feature they did on it however, thought for sure that meant they would cover the actual sale, oh well. And, yes, man did it look nice!

Did he pay more than 70K for the car? Did he have to put more into the car to finish it?
The health issues have to be true, or he was overextended, and/or the market is truely softening.....
You can claim time slot and all, but they have to allow people not present to bid don't they, and any primo Pontiac guy would want that car in their collection, so if B.J doesn't allow absentee bidding they(collector)would have had a rep there, I don't know anyone involved, but I would lean towards the health/ market softening theory.
Somebody shine some light for me..DW

Default Barrett-Jackson Phone Number

For all who is interested B-J's phone number is 480-421-6694. They then gave us Speed Channel's phone at 704-731-2222. We already called and complained. It would be a shame if they got their phone lines jamed with complaint's.

That's it I'm done watching B-J. Wait all night to see this car only for them to skip over another nice Pontiac...@#$%! It's got to be a conspiracy.

I agree! Waited all night and then they go to commercial. You could see it coming. And could they have aired more commercials during that break?

Pontiacs get no respect. That's a shame it only sold for 70k. Worth way more than that.

Same here. I just sent them a comment via e-mail about how much I think they suck now and that I'm done with them. I said if it would have been a Camaro or Corvette they would have waited to go to break.

Damn Barrett Jackson can eat chit

Well the seller actually got $63,000 for it since he had to pay a 10% sellers fee.

Oh, but they got us back in time to see that crate motor Camaro POS! (ok, it was an RS/SS and pretty nice too).

Dollars have been off tonight, lots of deals going out the door - guess we've got another year to buy low.

Ron, your car deserved more!!!

@#$%n' Speed channel! I have been watching all night to see that car go across the block and they go to commercial. If it's not a Camaro, Vette or a Hemi they could care less.
