Does anyone have any pics or know how the front bumper installs on the 63 lemans. Mine does not have one and I wanted to make sure I know how it mounts. My car only has mounting holes on each end of the front fenders. Nothing in the middle to support a bumper. So I am not sure if some of the mounting holes were covered up....my car has been customized so it's possible some holes were covered....
Also, anyone know where to get a bumper that has been redone? Thanks Brad |

Brad if the car has a tube chassis you will have to fab all the brackets, pretty sure the original brackets bolted to the front subframe. Thanks Greg

Brad-check this out: Buy a fiberglass unit from VHN and send it to Oklahoma and have it chromed. http://www.snschrome.com/bumpers.htm
Just an idea.

Yes, car is tube and I will need to fabricate, and was wondering how the original mountings went....
I'll check out the FB bumper, was thinking about that one, but did not know who chromed them.....that would keep weight to a min. plus make the fabrication a little less heavy duty.... Thanks Brad |
