We need a better system, lessons need to be taught that apparently were not given when these people were growing up. I was taught to treat people the way I want to be treated. The old ways seem to be dying off. It is a shame. -jim

welcome to Earth, circa 2008, jim.
integrity is no longer taught and shouldn't be assumed.
the internet's a great place to commit fraud for a million reasons, primarily a near total lack of law enforcement.
as for paypal, nobody should ever use it for more then a couple hundred bucks in my opinion, or whatever amount you can afford to flat lose.

You are probably right but I still want to be able to trust people. UR2L8(Martin) had many posts here going back for several years, I researched him before I sent him money. If everyone would post deadbeats here http://www.ripoffreport.com/ it might be a start to stopping this crap. I also believe it will come back to him multipled in the end. -Jim

jim, everyone'd like to be able to trust folks.
sadly, as in everything else in life, it only takes a few bad apples to spoil the pie.
i'd never heard of the site you mentioned but appreciate knowing about it; that's a good resource for dirtbag checking.
wish you luck in fixing your issues.

You know I was thinking....LOL. What would keep an illegal from coming here and pulling a scam like this as a way to make a living..... hmmm. False name, false paypal/address. Catch these crooks and make them work on the roads, like Cool-Hand Luke. Bring them here to Georgia, I have a buddy that is a Sheriff, he might find them a job-LOL. -Jim
