well I've had a little progress on the 65 I've been cleaning up the underside gas tanks out and the bottom trunk pan is cleaned up as well as the floor pans in front of the rear.
Have the front suspention out as well replacing a arm bushings sway bar links and so on leaving original balls and tierods as they are fine . once the front end is back together we'll be dropping the rear out and cleaning up the area abve that and the control arms and go through the rear it self.Even thought this is an original trip car I'm just doing it for a driver play car no trailer queens in our garages .
This car is a pleasure to work on being from the north east it's been a l o n g time since I've worked on a car with a body as nice as this .Basicly I've just had to take the S.C. red mud off the pans and some surface rust on the orginal gas and brake lines .
Take notice of the original factory run on the one floor brace . I know that would drive some of you guys nuts but that's what was under neath the road dirt and tar original factory black paint with runs in it and they are staying ; < ) from time to time I'll post more but as you guys know it's slow going .
