ponjon - IIRC, the violation had to do with painting outside of a spray booth - not having proper filters, etc. The mobile repair guys were claiming that the small amount of spray they did was exempt from the regs. It caught my attention because I spray solvent-based coatings on walls/foundations every day. I don't know how it turned out but I'd definitely look at it carefully. Mark O.
