The kids bikes are hanging upside down and there are a couple of shelves for their stuff. I do have plans to add on a third bay for my GP and will have enough room for my shop in the back. Hopefully next year.
If my wife had to get a Tahoe in that space you would never ever get past the body work stage on that GP.

I have to say that these are some of the coolest garages I've ever seen. Pontiac collector's is just off the hook, and Engine-ear's, I feel, has the greatest potential to become the most unusual "Pontiac Playground". I did have a 24' by 24' with front and rear doors, 20' of bench space and storage up the wazoo, but, as happens to many, foreclosure due to divorce took care of that. I just have a tiny 1-1/2 car garage now, but it keeps my '70 out of the weather, and I just consider myself fortunate to have that much. Keep the thread going; it's a keeper.

67,i can relate to your signature line about the cloning done to tempest as i am in the planning stages to do my 65project. While i can understand the reaction to many who prop take a nice & near original and clone it can be a lil heartbreaking to some, doing th clone thing to my 65 has it's pro's/cons i suppose. When i found and bought my 65,it appeared by the choice of interior materials used in the car,it may have been used to transport illegals across the boarder. But also my desire to once again own a GTO after having not owned one since the 70's had me wanting to do the clone, but also add some modern comforts&handling. While my long term goal is to someday again trade/sale to have another 64 (my fav year!),I'm hopeful by tastefully doing the clone i'll not recieve too much grit from those who think otherwise. OOOooo, come on down to NC,i think you'll enjoy the change(back in your pocket, lol).

Am I right that it's a 56 Nomad Kerry? There are a couple of them around here in my area I see quite often. And like Charles, yeah I'd have one too if I could afford it. Or a 55 Sedan Delivery.... The original "Pie Wagon".

Yup Kerry, I'd say that after "47,338" views of your thread you should at least deserve a free cup of coffee! Thanks for starting this thread.

BTW - Nice looking magazine & scale model setup & collection.

Trying to sell my house to get a smaller house and a larger shop. Kids moved out so I don't need the bigger house but would like to pick up a few more pontiacs and need more room.http://s997.photobucket.com/albums/a...t=DSCF4044.jpg
