That would make a perfect candidate for a TA clone!

Call him MA, he's got a young set of twins that keep him off the computer.

He should be around, I spoke to him this morning.

I personally never saw stacked guages in a 69 Firebird, only in the Camaros. And a 3 speed? Hmmm thought they were 4 speeds.

I did, still waiting on a call back from a conversation Mike and Alex had on the phone. Seems 2 others are interested in parting the car out, as well there's no Title. Would have liked to go see this car this weekend, but no return call yet. Be ashame to part it out......and I'd be more interested if the owner would get a Title or Bill of sale for it. Oh well....

title, don't need no stinking title in ct. ;^)
a signed transfer of owernship form, and a trip to the dmv for a vin verification (out of state cars only), and you got plates. i even found a form to request a title for cars that one isn't required. never bothered to follow threw with that though. you pa guys got it tough.

Every freaking Car I find either is a POS rust bucket, or has NO Title. This car is an hour away from me.

Back in the 70's I owned a 69 350 vert , rock crusher 4 speed, with stacked gauges and indash tach, single track axle. You could order literally most any option combo you could imagine unlike today.

i feel your pain about the rust. when i do find something i like, it ends up being way far away. if this wasn't an a/c car, i'd go after it. also hope someone builds it, instead of parting it out.

So, it's your decision to, or not to, part the car, not the owners?

There are plenty of titles services. For around $250.00 you can get a legal title, so don't let that be a stumbling block.

I've been in contact with the owner, trying to buy the car to restore it not part it. Turns out he knows me and my cars from a show we talked about my 75 TA at.
