Did you notice that both those V-8's have the #1 spark plug wires stuck onto a head bolt stud? This must signify that they have not had their final timing set yet.
The second engine appears to be a 'ZN' 400 intended for a 'B' body.
But what is the other display V-8 with A/C & a cruise control servo? Not positive, but I'm thinking it's a '70 400 intended for a 'B' body?

And I'd say that neither TA has had the bumper bird decal installed yet either.
It appears the White TA has some extra scribbling on the right rear tire.
