From the February 1993 Issue of Musclecar Review Magazine. Here is the shoot of my 63 11,000 mile GP that was done way back then. Man I wish I had this car back. Sold it in 2000 for a decent price; last time I saw it was advertised for sale at a dealer for $49,500

Thumbs up Photos of 62-66 Big cars

Jerry

Nice car. I think most of us on the forum had a vehicle that we wished we had now. Mine was a Special Order 65 Lemans. Enjoy the Goat. Rich

At our club show last Saturday the guy that I sold a matching number 65 GTO that must have been an excutive car showed up. I kick myself every time I see it. Charcoal blue automatic, air, ps, pb, pw, and power seat car. Not many like it. But you can't keep them all.

Default Finally finished

Well, I just completed my 1st restoration. A frame off of a 1962 GP. It took me 5 years to finish, but it was worth it. NOW I can post it here.

Is this where your restoration was done? Do you work at/own this shop?

I had the extreme pleasure today of riding in my "dream Pontiac" - Tim Thorpe's SD Swiss Cheese car - on his way to pick up the Concours D'Elegance Award (plus a well deserved Gold Award) at the POCI National Convention. What a car! What a piece of Pontiac history!
I tried to persuade the wife that the trunk was big enough to live in, so we could sell the house to buy the former Union Park / Harold Ramsey car. Didn't go over very well.

Default Roy Rogers' 63 Bonneville up for auction

Saw it on the today show today. It's really over the top, but really cool to see that he chose a Pontiac to have cowboyed up.

This is a link to a slide show. If the Pontiac doesn't come up first, it's the fourth slide.

This car is on my "bucket list." If you ever decide it's not worthy of your fine collection, let me know.
